Time is usually the biggest reason we skip our fitness routine so next time you’re short on time, try this quick 15-minute routine from fitness model and writer Jamie Eason.
Set #1: 15 Jump squats, 20 skaters, 15 plank jacks

Set #2: 15 lunge kicks (right leg), 15 lunge kicks (left leg), 20 skaters, 10 plank push-ups
(right ), 10 plank push-ups (left)

Set #3: 20 jump lunges, 20 skaters, 20 rainbow planks
Rainbow planks
Set #4: 15 push-ups, 12 mountain climbers, 20 bicycle crunches
Perform each set of exercise three times before moving on to the next set. Do each exercise one after the other without taking a break. Take a 1-2 minutes break between sets depending on your fitness level.
