Outdoor Exercise or Between the Sheets!!!

Did you know that walking a mile briskly (or about 15 minutes) can burn about as much calories getting a little frisky with your “Honey!” Researchers from the U. of Montreal evaluated 21 couples for about a month, who were given the instruction to be sexually active at least once a week for a month. Researchers found that the female testers burned as much calories as if they had walked a 15 minute mile. So next time you’re debating between getting out of bed and snuggling a little closer to your sweetie for a between-the-sheet sweat session, you can skip your work out without feeling too guilty!!
