Egg & Avocado Open-Faced Sandwich

If you’re having a hectic morning, here is an easy and great way to have a great breakfast that will fill you up , and won’t slow you down!

If you’re adhering to a Paleo lifestyle, use zucchini bread or bread made with almond flour.

1 egg

1/4 medium sized, ripe avocado

1 slice of bread

Salt & pepper to taste

1. Boil your egg in a quart pan. Toast the bread while waiting on the egg.

2. Place bread on the plate and gently smash avocado on the bread with a fork. Season with salt and pepper.

3. Slice hard boiled egg and place slices on top of avocado. Serve!

Nutrients: serves 1, per serving: 230 cal, 12g fat, 22g carbs, 10g protein, 4g sugar, 152mg sodium
